This 15-story residential building reaches 43 meters at its highest point.

Our team worked seamlessly with Woodview Construction overcoming many challenges in this project:

​

• Safety while working at height in a high traffic area with apartments and schools by the side.

​

• Limited site with a tight timetable for crane delivery.

​

• Special duty loading platform stood at 40 meters high.

​

• Hanging scaffold in the lift shaft.

​

• Due to the unique cladding of the building, 2-to-4 bays of scaffold were dismantled from top to bottom at a time.
